To set up an appointment or if you have any questions, please contact our office at (203) 375-8332. Our standard operating hours are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(We close for lunch from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.)

Appointments

Patients are checked on a regular basis, usually every four to six weeks. Of course, if there is any problem or a concern about treatment progress, you will be seen immediately.

Fees

In our office, fees are based on the time spent with the patient, the skill of the services we provide, the caliber of people who work here, the facility and equipment and the continuing education we are all partake in. Because each person’s needs are different, fees correspond to the type of treatment required as well as the length of time estimated to bring about the desired result. With this in mind, the range of orthodontic treatment varies from patient to patient. We believe in working with the responsible party to arrange innovative payment plans tailored to one’s financial situation. Usually, there is a down payment and then payments are made over the course of treatment. More and more insurance companies are beginning to cover orthodontic treatment. In many cases, one can receive a tax break on treatment cost if the amount paid qualifies under IRS rules.

From Fairfield/New York on 1-95

  1. Exit 32, West Broad Street
  2. To end of ramp, round circle counterclockwise
  3. Go under turnpike and turn right onto Linden Avenue
  4. To stop sign
  5. Left under railroad viaduct
  6. Take first right turn onto Broadbridge Avenue
  7. Building will be on your left at the end of the block—use parking area

From New Haven on 1-95

  1. Exit 32, West Broad Street
  2. End of ramp make sharp right onto Linden Avenue
  3. Continue with #4 above

From Monroe (quickest route)

  1. Route 111 to Route 25 South to 1-95 connector.
  2. Take 1-95 North towards New Haven.
  3. Follow from Fairfield/New York I-95 above.

From New Haven on the Merritt Parkway

  1. Exit 53
  2. Turn left onto Main Street
  3. Follow Main Street approximately four miles crossing U.S. 1 (Barnum Avenue)
  4. Turn right onto Broadbridge Avenue just before railroad viaduct—office in brick building on corner of Main and Broadbridge
  5. Turn right into parking lot

From Fairfield on Merritt Parkway

  1. Exit 51, Route 108 (Nichols Ave.)
  2. Turn right onto Route 108
  3. Straight to Barnum Avenue
  4. Left on Barnum to Main Street
  5. Right on Main Street and follow #4 above

From Waterbury on Route 8

  1. Exit #8, Route 108 (Nichols Ave.)
  2. Follow #2 above
